Shipping Charges:

Hisway Holdings LLC is proud to offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous US. If you desire 2nd
Day shipment, there will be a charge of $25.00. Hisway Holdings LLC ships directly from the manufacturer to you and you
will receive a tracking number as appropriate by email.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax must be charged on all orders shipped to a Virginia address.

Return Policy:

All of the products we sell are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. If you have a warranty issue with your order,
please contact us by email so we can send the return information you will need.

The best way to avoid returns is to order carefully. If you desire to cancel your order and we are able to do so before it is
shipped, then there will be no charge for the cancellation and you will receive a full refund. However, if your order has
been shipped you will be subject to the return policy below.

If the product has already been shipped and you wish to make a return or exchange, then you will be responsible for the
round-trip shipping charges. You will also be responsible for our manufacturers restocking fee of 25% of the
returned/exchanged item(s).

Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance by us and you will receive an RMA number and a return shipping
address. Contact us by email for instructions on how to make a return or cancellation. All returns are shipped to the
warehouse location specified by our customer service representative, not to Hisway Holdings LLC headquarters. All
returns must be in their original packaging, so don't throw the packaging away if you intend to return the item. Non-
defective items will not be authorized for return after 20 days from the delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded,
less round-trip shipping and restocking fees, once we receive verification that the item has reached the return warehouse.

Privacy Policy:

We understand your privacy concerns and refuse to violate the trust you demonstrate by ordering from us. We do not
and will not share customer data with third parties.

You will not be contacted by us for any issues unrelated to your order or company issues unless you join our opt-in
mailing list. If you join our opt-in list, we may from time-to-time send you notice of sales, special offers, new items, etc. You
will be able to opt out at any time with no questions asked.
